Returns & Exchanges
All items can be canceled within 14 days of receipt of the goods by returning the goods. The goods are returned at your own risk and expense. Here
For items to be exchanged, we ask you to leave a note when registering the return. This forwarding is free of charge for you.
And it's that easy:

2. Pack undamaged items in their original packaging well
3. Attach the address label sent by email
4. Take it to the nearest post office
Please note:
Only items that are absolutely intact and in perfect, unworn condition will be taken back. The items must be returned in the unglued and undamaged original packaging. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad-smelling products cannot be returned.
