Conditions of participation:
organizerThe Golden Ticket raffle is organized by Beluga Kids, www.belugakids.ch (hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”).
Eligibility
All persons who place an order on the website www.belugakids.ch between September 25, 2024 and October 12, 2024 are eligible to participate. Every order will automatically be entered into the prize draw unless the customer expressly declares that they wish to be excluded from participation. To do so, the customer can inform the organizer by email or via the comment field during the ordering process.
How the raffle works
- Each order placed during the above period will be considered a “ticket”, with the order number acting as the lottery number.
- The winner of the Golden Ticket will be chosen at random.
- The Golden Ticket will be included in the winner's order. There will be no separate notification in advance.
- Legal recourse is excluded.
Profit and payout
The prize consists exclusively of the Golden Ticket and the associated voucher worth CHF 200, which is included in the scope of delivery.
Cash payment or transfer of the prize is excluded.
Data protection
All personal data collected for the prize draw will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. For further information, please see our privacy policy.
Exclusion from participation
Beluga Kids reserves the right to exclude participants from the raffle if there is suspicion of misuse, manipulation or other violations of the conditions of participation.
Customers can request to be excluded from participation. This must be expressly stated when ordering or by sending a message to the organizer.
Miscellaneous
The organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the raffle at any time without giving reasons and without prior notice.
By participating in the raffle, the participant declares his agreement to these conditions of participation.

The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, failures or delays that could affect participation in the raffle.
