For warming:

To heat the toy, please remove the heat pack, as only the heat pack should be heated, not the entire cuddly toy. Simply open the zipper at the bottom of the toy's tummy. The heat pack can then be heated either in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute at a maximum of 600W or in the oven at 75 degrees Celsius for about 3-5 minutes. It is crucial to ensure that it does not get too hot, otherwise there is a risk of burns to the skin or overheating, especially for newborns. Similarly, the cherry pit or grape seed pillow should not be heated for too long or at too high a temperature, otherwise it could catch fire.

For our deliveries throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, you pay a shipping fee of CHF 7.90 (economy). For orders with a goods value of over CHF 120.00, there are no shipping costs. For the additional "Express Shipping" option, you will be charged a flat rate of CHF 9.80, regardless of the goods value.

For deliveries abroad, we charge a shipping fee based on the order weight and the country of delivery. Any returns due to uncollected or rejected shipments are at the recipient's expense.
