Returns & Exchanges
All items can be revoked within 14 days after receipt of the goods with a description of the reason for the return by returning the goods. The return of the goods is at your own risk and expense.
For items to be exchanged, we ask you to contact us at service@belugakids.ch.
That's how it works:
1. Pack undamaged items in their original packaging well
2. Attach address label
3. Take to the nearest post office

Please note:
Only items that are absolutely undamaged and in perfect, unworn condition will be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unsealed and undamaged. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad-smelling products cannot be returned.
